So you’d like to know a little more about me?
I’m a wife to Dean, a mama to my beautiful little Noni Bear, and, of course, a proud fur mama to our dog, Ziggy. My life is filled with joy, love, and laughter. However, my heart holds a special place for my two heavenly babies. My family and I have called the Central Coast, NSW home since 2016.
If you were to ask me to describe myself, I would say I’m warm-hearted, caring, kind, considerate, and respectful. I truly enjoy being with people and bring a passionate, enthusiastic approach to everything I do in life.
Creativity flows through me—I love arts and crafts, swimming in the ocean, connecting with animals, cooking, and living a low-tox lifestyle. Oh, and I have a slight obsession with Beyoncé and anything Harry Potter!!

My Journey to becoming a Doula
My path to becoming a Doula began with my own birth experience, which was truly transformative. With the support of our Doula by our side, I felt empowered, nurtured, and encouraged in ways I never imagined possible. The presence of a knowledgeable and compassionate Doula made all the difference in how I experienced birth. I firmly believe that without her, things could have unfolded very differently.
This life-changing journey, combined with the powerful experience of becoming a mother, deeply shifted my perspective on life. It ignited a passion in me to support others in the same way I had been supported. I decided to embark on the path of becoming a Birth and Postpartum Doula, driven by the profound impact my Doula had on me and my family.
Having experienced this invaluable support firsthand, I now recognise, more than ever, the vital role a Doula plays in the birth space. I am passionate about providing the same level of care, encouragement, and support to women who invite me into their own birth experiences. Every woman deserves to feel heard, respected, and cared for, and I’m excited to be a part of their journey as they bring new life into the world.

FAQs
What is a Doula ?
A Doula is a companion that provides continuous one of one care as well as informational, emotional and physical support to the woman and their partner throughout pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. As your Doula, my job is to hold space for you, create a relationship of trust and respect, and help you walk away from your birth feeling confident, safe and supported.
What births do you support ?
I am supportive of any kind of birth in any kind of setting. Whether that’s a hospital birth, homebirth, induction of labour, caesarean birth or free birth. I am there for you no matter what you choose, every step of the way.
Will you come to my home and how long will you stay at my birth for?
As soon as you want me to be with you during your labour, I will be there. If anything, I prefer to come to your home whilst you are labouring. I will then continue to hospital (if you are having a hospital birth) and stay until the arrival of your baby. I will generally only stay for a few hours after, as I like help you have your first shower, get comfortable and wait until you’re all settled in before I leave you with your newest family member.
What is the process of booking with you?
Firstly, have a good look through my website and offerings, contact me via email, booking form or phone and we can organise a virtual meet and greet. From there, if you decide you would like me to join you on your birth team, I will send you a email with all my onboarding documents and pay a 30% deposit to secure my support!
What happens if you can’t be there for my birth?
I will do my absolute best to get to your birth (whether that is in or out of the on call period), however sometimes unfortunate circumstances arise like illness or unplanned family commitments. Rest assured, if this does happen, I will always have a backup Doula arranged just in case. This is also another reason I only take on 1/2 mammas per month.
What if I change my mind about my birth during labour?
My job as your Doula is to be fully supportive and non judgmental when it comes to the decisions you make during your birth. Birth is unpredictable and frequently on the spot decisions need to be made! I will provide you with the information for you to make informed decisions and advocate for you when needed.
What will you bring?
When you invite me into your birth space, I will provide a number of tools to help set the atmosphere such as; fairy lights, electric candles, essential oils and diffuser, blue tooth speaker, affirmation cards and more. I also have pain relief options such as a TENS machine, The Birth Sling, birth comb, robozo and massage tools. You will have access to all of these things plus more.
